What is Worthiness?
During my own journey as of late, I have come across many topics that have caused me to think deeply about self worth, work, goals and where I go from "here"...wherever here is.
I think it's fair to say that most of us were brought up to believe that we all have to earn our place by the sweat of our brow. That we must bleed, as it were, for whatever it is that we want in life. For those that don't sweat it out, they're the unworthy ones.
What seems sad is the notion that somehow personal wealth makes one "worthy". Have you thought about notion?
There are some those who have amassed an amazing amount of wealth who earned every penny and have gone on to create businesses that help people and communities. Then there are those who are millionaires just for playing video games, playing sports or got lucky and won the lottery, and do nothing but flash their wealth with no goals of adding "good" to the world.
Not to mention the people who worked to save every penny to open a business and throw it all on the line, only to lose it all and have been left penniless. Are these people less worthy?
The message I want to convey here to day is you are worthy.
You are worthy of having a happy life.
You are worthy of having a great career.
You are worthy of having a loving family.
You are worthy of having a fat bank account that will afford you all the nice things you want.
There is more than enough housing, food, water and money for every single person on this planet to survive, be happy and fulfilled.
I'm not here to tell you it's easy, just that it's possible.
Wishing you all nothing but the very best in life, love and liberty.
